Refund policy

Before production starts

If you cancel a paid order before we begin scripting, we refund it in full to the original payment method.

After production starts

Because each piece is custom-made, paid orders are not refundable once scripting has begun. Your included revision round covers changes to the delivered piece.

If we miss the mark

If a delivery doesn't match your brief after the revision round, email accxplore25@gmail.com and we'll make it right with a redo or a refund.

Timing

Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay within 5–7 working days.
